Strategic Partnerships
With these partnerships, HighPointe will have access to additional resources – human, in-kind and financial – which will take our efforts to elevate the IDD Community to a whole new level. Take a Moment Foundation
The Take a Moment Foundation was established in miory of our son, Austin Ziel, our inspiration for building HighPointe Services. Donations to this fund help individual men and women living with IDDs attend programs in our communities that support their desire to Pursue Personal Growth.
HighPointe Events
Throughout the year, HighPointe hosts and sponsors a variety of educational programs and community outreach events. Whether you’re a client at HighPointe or a miber of our larger IDD Community, these offerings are for you and your families.
Third Party Events
Third-party fundraisers are a great way to support HighPointe. A third-party fundraiser is an event that’s organized, promoted and hosted by an individual miber or organization in our community – proceeds from the event are donated to HighPointe.
