Welcome to the August 2026 newsletter!   

If your schedule changes and you need to adjust the days you attend the day program, please call the front desk so we can assist you with updating your schedule. We kindly ask that you do not arrive on unplanned days without notifying us first, as it can affect staffing and program planning. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly!

To help ensure clear communication and accurate recordkeeping, all Service Plan invitations, IDT notices, DocuSign forms, and Case Manager correspondence should be sent exclusively to clientservices@highpointecenters.org. Using a single point of contact allows us to streamline communication with external agencies, prevent confusion or duplicate messaging, and ensure all information is properly tracked, documented, and routed.

Please also ensure that signed Face Sheets and Care Plans are completed and returned in a timely manner. If you have any questions or need additional clarification, please contact Jenney Barron at jenney@highpointecenters.org.

During August, clients will celebrate Colorado, learn from diverse cultures, practice environmental responsibility, develop independence, express creativity, and strengthen connections with their communities while exploring ways they can make a positive difference in the world around them.

This August, our Centennial location had the incredible opportunity to attend the Unbridled Rodeo at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Designed specifically for individuals with disabilities, the event provided a fun and inclusive experience for everyone. We had a wonderful time petting horses and cows, participating in engaging activities, and making unforgettable memories together.
