Meet the Team.

Grace

Team Lead
I have worked with individuals with disabilities for over 27 years, holding certifications in CPR/First Aid, Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP), and as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Working with persons with intellectual disabilities allows me to feel free, open, and genuinely happy. They are free-spirited individuals with genuine hearts, and it brings me immense joy and excitement to help them and their families achieve their goals. Whether in or outside the day program, I am committed to making a positive impact in their lives.

They are truly wonderful to be around, always bringing positivity and joy to every room or outing. Their uplifting presence creates an environment free of negativity, making each interaction a rewarding and memorable experience.

I have over 35 years of experience in the health field as a nurse, working with clients of all ages, from birth to end-of-life care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs. I am deeply passionate about making a difference in their lives, and I have found that clients in this field particularly appreciate the personalized, one-on-one care they receive. It is incredibly rewarding to see how much they benefit from this dedicated attention and support.

I have one year of experience working with the intellectual and developmental disabilities community, during which I have become a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) and obtained CPR certification. In this role, I have discovered a supportive and accepting environment where I have formed true friendships. I appreciate being able to be myself without fear of judgment, and I find great fulfillment in contributing to this vibrant and compassionate community.
