I’m passionate about creating innovative, person-centered solutions and believe deeply in the power of collaboration. I also enjoy writing and developing tools that make a real difference for staff, clients, families, and providers.
I’ve been with HighPointe Services since 2021, bringing 5 years of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability field. I joined HighPointe Services because I was drawn to its mission and culture and the love HighPointe has for the clients and families that we serve. I currently serve as Community Services Director, a role that plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our larger team.

I joined HighPointe in June 2022, inspired by its mission to provide continued, enriching services for adults with disabilities and the belief that learning and growth don’t stop when school ends. Before working at HighPointe, I spent seven years as a special education teacher, where I developed a passion for supporting people with disabilities in individualized and meaningful ways. As a Client Success Advisor, I work alongside clients and staff to develop client-centered resources such as ISSP goals, behavior plans, and participation strategies that support ongoing personal development. Each component of my role provides me with an opportunity to apply creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking to build the most effective supports possible for our clients. I believe that with the right tools and encouragement, every individual has the ability to continue learning, growing, and thriving.
I am a Client Advisor, supporting clients through behavior management strategies and family collaboration, and maintaining detailed client profiles for our Client Resource Binders. My career in the IDD field began at age 12 as a volunteer, and since then I have served in roles ranging from inclusion support and camp coordination to Education Coordinator at a Down Syndrome Achievement Center and In-Home Program Supervisor for a respite coalition. I bring a collaborative leadership style that emphasizes teamwork, community, and client-centered success. Outside of work, I enjoy writing and recording music, hiking, spending time outdoors, and being with my dog, Marshall, as well as family and friends.
