Our theme, Wellness and Movement, invites participants to explore physical activity, emotional well‑being, and daily habits that support feeling good, staying safe, and participating fully in everyday life.
Throughout the month, participants will have opportunities to engage in movement suited to their abilities, practice self‑care and relaxation strategies, and reflect on how wellness supports energy, comfort, confidence, and connection with others. Activities emphasize choice, awareness, enjoyment, and participation rather than performance.
